I love to walk beneath the huge Moreton Bay Fig Trees in the Adelaide Botanic Park and Gardens. It always feel like a magical place and those trees always make me think of Enid Blyton’s ‘The Magic Faraway Tree’ story. It’s a place where you can walk and think and always come out the other side feeling better. And there is always something going on beneath those trees like a family gathering or friends picnic and sometimes a wedding. I think the leaves of these trees will always be a source of inspiration and a place for me to return to.

This is an original acrylic on canvas painting.

2022

Painting measures 50cm x 50cm x 4cm and will have D hooks attached and be strung ready to hang. Edges of canvas are painted so does not need framing but would also look great framed in oak if you choose. Painting is signed on the front right corner.

Painting will be carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery. If you are in Adelaide, painting can be taken to Art Images Gallery in Norwood for viewing.
